Eco Energy Ratings Ireland offer some of the most
competitive rates on the market for both domestic and commercial properties.
Prices will vary depending on the size and complexity of the dwelling. For both
new and existing domestic BER's prices typically start at €149 including a €25 fee which is payable to Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI)
for registration of the property and inclusive of VAT. Commercial BER Certs
start from €249 including a €50 registration fee and inclusive of VAT.
