About Us EERI
Eco Energy Ratings Ireland (EERI) is an Irish company established
to provide Building Energy Ratings for both new and existing domestic properties.
We provide a professional and independant service to both private clients and developers.
EERI was established by Niall Mc Gonigle BA BAI CEng MIEI. Niall
is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 10 years experience in the construction
industry, specialising in the residential sector.
Eco Energy Ratings Ireland (EERI) is accredited with Sustainable
Energy Ireland (SEI) as a registered assessor for Building Energy Ratings for both
new and existing houses and apartments.
EERI is fully insured against public liability and professional
indemnity.
