What is a Building Energy Rating (BER)?
A Building Energy Rating (BER) is a standard calculation of the energy efficiency of a
property. There are 15 band ratings ranging from A1 to G. An "A1" rating
is the most energy efficient and produces the least amount of Carbon Dioxide. A
"G" rating is the least efficient and produces the most amount of Carbon
Dioxide.

 What services do we provide?
A qualified BER Assessor will call to your property at an agreed
time. An assessment will then be carried out in accordance with DEAP (Dwelling
Energy Assessment Procedure). This is the Irish official method for calculating
and rating the energy performance of dwellings. This assessment is then registered
with Sustainable Energy Ireland. A detailed advisory report will accompany your
BER Certificate outlining any improvements which could be made to your property
to reduce the running costs of your Dublin home.
